Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! THANK YOU, for taking a few minutes to get to know a little bit about me. My name is Nativa DesGranges, I was born and raised in the 417. East of Springfield in Rogersville, Missouri.
It seems like a life time ago but when I was a little girl, I remember seeing my Mom work hair color – I loved it! So I guess you can say, I’m a second generation hairstylist. LOL I remember wanting to help with making people feel beautiful, confident and happy with their appearance. SO MUCH FUN and so rewarding.
In my personal time, I love spending time with my family and friends. I’m always down for a movie or a day in the park. I have 3 fur babies that I love endlessly- Lulu, June and Winston.
When you book time with me, we will take as much time needed to best understand how we can achieve the look you want or perhaps, introduce you to a NEW look that was here waiting for you. Your confidence in me is most important and you walking out of my salon feeling like a million dollar boss, is my top priority.

My passion for empowering women to feel confident, elegant, strong, and beautiful is what inspired me to follow my heart and immerse myself in the beauty industry. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University Galveston and my Masters Degree in Counseling from Texas Christian University. However, my lifelong appreciation for beauty and aesthetics motivated me to utilize my naturally creative skills in pursuit of a new path. I truly found my calling as a state certified eyelash extensionist. Quickly, I excelled in the detail oriented work, creativity, and the style customization of eyelash extensions. Through diligence and dedication, I have earned a strong foundation of professional training and accredited certifications since 2013 in classic, volume, and mega volume eyelash extensions along with styling courses. My commitment to regularly complete continuing education courses allows me to stay on the cutting edge of the eyelash extension industry while constantly improving my craft. As an eyelash extension enthusiast of 15 years and a lash artist of 7 years, I am a true believer in the positive and practical benefits of having eyelash extensions myself. My role as the owner of Eyeconic Lash Studio in Fort Worth, Texas has been a humbling and exciting journey. Meeting Nikki and working with Endure Lash has been such a blessing and I can’t wait to watch her first time literally change the lash extension industry.

I have always been obsessed with the beauty industry. I have been obsessed with the beauty industry as long as I can remember. In my 20’s and mid 30’s I strayed from my true self and went into the corporate world. One day I woke up and realized my career was not fulfilling me and decided that I wanted to be a better role model for my boys and teach them that you should have passion for your work and not just go through the motions in life. I went to Esthetics school and that’s were I discovered lash extensions and I fell in love. I love how they make women feel, I love the connections you build not only with your client but others in the industry. I have made the most amazing relationships because of this career and I am not only passionate about the industry but also being able to teach and lead others into this career path that has done so much for me and my family. I can’t wait to meet you!
